What is GRI and Why is it Important to You?
In my never-ending journey to be a better REALTOR® for you, I have just earned my GRI designation. GRI stands for “Graduate, REALTOR® Institute”. To receive my GRI, I had to complete 105 hoursof classroom education and pass 7 exams!
Some of the things I learned to further my real estate career were: In Depth Financing, Appraising, Investments, the Construction Process, In Depth Contracts, Sales and Marketing, Land (Environmental & Private Property Rights), Common Ownership, Tax Deferred Exchanging, Property Management, Counseling and Negotiating Skills, International Real Estate, Brokerage Management, and Personal Promotion.
Along with how to serve my customers better, I also learned how to keep myself out of trouble. Some of those topics of education were: Fair Housing Laws, Law Updates, Finance, Tax and Professional Standards.
I hope this education will help me serve my customers better, both existing and future. To have my GRI designation is truly a prestigious accomplishment. When you deal with me, you can feel confident that I will be as professional and knowledgeable as possible. I look forward to putting this knowledge to work for you. Please call me if you are interested in buying or selling any property, or if you know someone who is.
